Portland Photographer Becomes Citizen

Pedro Oliveira was recently interviewed by Reina Harwood for the Portland Monthly. He is known for his local photography, but on January 7, 2021, he became a citizen of the United States. It took eight years for him to accomplish this feat, but the insurrection on January 6 gave him a few moments of doubt. Read the full story here.
